MAXIMIZING MAGENTO

Orage was a proud Magento user, but their back-end needed a bit of a facelift. To start working on a clean slate, we prioritized fixing pre-existing bugs. Then, we focused on implementing the brand’s change requests and elevating consumers’ interactions with Orage’s online storefront. To make sure business keeps booming in the long run, we provided Orage with a comprehensive website maintenance plan, which includes ongoing website monitoring, monthly performance reports and incident alarms.

SMARTER RETARGETING

While bringing Magento up to speed, we implemented a cool retargeting feature: Criteo Tags, which enabled us to tag several key pages such as the homepage and products or category pages, and many more. This handy extension now complements Orage’s display advertising by, showcasing products that visitors visualized. In parallel, our paid advertising specialists gave Orage a hand with its annual summer sale, which thanks to great discounts (and clever promotional tactics), was a total success.

AN ORIGINAL JOURNEY

Orage is built on authenticity and originality. Those values are embedded in everything the company creates. Last year, the brand launched its one-of-a-kind flagship store in the heart of Montreal. Designed as a showroom, the 2.0 store allows customers to try on products and purchase them online afterwards. To ensure that this innovative journey is seamless for consumers, our design team fine-tuned users’ experiences thanks to smart aesthetic updates.
