The Challenge
With an enviable reputation from its two well-established outlets, but no online presence, Adam & Ève wanted to create a website to add a new sales channel and promote their brand outside the physical boundaries. The company was looking for advice to help them choose the right platform and reach a rapid and profitable deployment. This decision was just in time with the COVID-19 pandemic, which ultimately undermined their sales potential.
The Execution
After an in-depth assessment of the client’s needs, our team developed the new website using the Shopify platform, which had all the features needed for a fashion retailer. We chose and designed a theme that offers a great user experience while maintaining the retailer’s branding. We ensured that their vast product catalog was uploaded with the right information. We helped them define the best eCommerce practices for their website with recommendations on product categories, shipment methods, price strategy, and promotions. All this with the implementation of data tracking across the Google platform. In addition, we provided them with a launch strategy to kick-start sales for their new website.
As a phase 2 plan, the client will proceed to the integration of Shopify POS unifying in-store and online sales.
The End Result
Adam & Ève now enjoys a new channel of revenue by establishing themselves online. With a website built to offer a flexible product catalog management and built-in features, they can easily interact with the platform and add products as the collections change. By shifting from brick-and-mortar to online, the client is set for success and can weather this storm caused by the pandemic and build a more resilient business.
