The Challenge
The key challenges we faced were to provide customers with an improved customer experience, streamline navigation highlighting ease-of-use, reduce costs by offering customers and service partners an easy way to order parts, and speed up the order process. One of the biggest challenges was to build a feature-driven website that would stand the test of time and a commerce website that could take on their continuing international expansion. We wanted to give this brand a strong visual identity, one that would stand out from the competition. Lastly, the existing platform wasn’t optimized for mobile experiences. Their clients were dealing with a confusing website. We wanted to allow the company’s clients to easily buy equipment parts from all over the world, from major cities to remote areas.
The Execution

With Magento 2, out-of-box responsive has ensured content is robust and consistent across different user experiences and has created an engaging mobile-optimized experience.
