The Challenge
At the time, their existing website presented a number of obstacles that we would have to meticulously navigate. Moving from Magento 1 to Magento 2 would be the most important obstacle to tackle, as well as to establish an ERP connection for orders from users, and synchronize this with their inventory.
The Execution
As Le Site began the work, it was noted that this would have to roll out in stages. Our team was dedicated to our client from the onset, for what became a three year project roll out. In the first year, we focused on site development. In our second year, we noted a critical obstacle that came with the update from Magento 2.2 to Magento 2.3. This led us to move full steam ahead towards the website launch in July 2019.
