Revamp the website
Le Site built Hockey Supremacy’s e-commerce platform in 2009. In 2015, it was time for a revamp: The objective was to refresh the infrastructure and user experience. Now, shoppers can benefit from features they already know and love (such as the Loyalty Crowns program) and surf a responsive website. We also added the “Team Buy” service, which allows local hockey teams to purchase customized jerseys for players.
Better client journeys
As buying technical equipment online can quickly become tricky, one of our goals was to ease the buying process. To do so, we integrated a custom review module that enables hockey fans to rate their latest hockey purchase according to the item’s weight, width, grip and size. There’s no doubt these smarter reviews will go a long way with hockey fans, and provide them with a remarkable online experience.
Ready for results
Canada’s leading online hockey equipment supplier needed an e-commerce platform geared for performance. Strategically, the goal was to simplify the check-out funnel in order to maximize conversion rates in the long run. To achieve this, our back end developers successfully implemented a one-step check-out. In parallel, we gave the online merchant the tools needed to easily create, manage and track on-site promotional offers. Hockey Supremacy is now ready to score bigger and better results.
