RUDSAK enjoys excellent brand awareness in Quebec, and rightly so. Since 1994, they’ve designed, imported and distributed some of Canada’s most avant-garde leather coats and accessories. As they focused on cornering the market of fine leather goods, they selected Le Site to collaborate on the maintenance and technical management of their website. Due to their increasing consumers both online and in-store, RUDSAK needed a hosting solution that would cater to their high demand. Through Magento, Le Site audited the site and delivered opportunities to optimize many facets of the website.


Once RUDSAK business goals and agreed strategies were delivered, Le Site began a complete redesign to spotlight RUDSAK’s new looks and products in a more prominent and trendy manner. The User Experience (UX) storyboard was created based on the best conversion rate optimization methods. Thus, we enhanced category pages to showcase larger images and recategorized sections for more targeted engagement. Additionally, our content team brought to life each product description to echo RUDSAK’s high-end craftsmanship.


The final component of delivering a total omnichannel experience was implementing a performance marketing plan. Our objective is to grow RUDSAK’s brand awareness for sales with segmentations of users, and delivering retargeting and remarketing efforts through SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, contests and product list advertising. These tools will help drive traffic, increase RUDSAK’s email database and e-commerce revenues, as well as boost the number of in-store consumers.
