Tilley was looking for a fresh start. This meant speaking to new audiences and renewing its digital presence. While e-commerce was at the heart of the project, our intervention included renewing their visual environment. Through topographic inspiration: a unique pattern was born. Paired with powerful photography, the overall look and feel gives the brand a new voice.
Finding the right hat size – online – can quickly make your head spin. To simplify sizing and drive down returns, we developed a custom Hat Sizing Tool. Re-enacting a sales associate, this feature enables customers to enter their head measurement and discover their Tilley hat size. To top it all off, the given size is then pre-populated on product pages and will be saved in their account automatically!
Waterproof, buoyant, sun-proof, guaranteed for life… Tilley products have such an abundance of features that we had to highlight them for the consumer. That is why we find it instrumental to build our product pages framework around product benefits. With the options to chose size, color and quantity besides the product at all times, navigating Tilley’s extensive collection has never been easier.
