The Challenge
Facing increasing popularity, Yupik was looking for a new eCommerce agency to support its business expansion and take them to the next level by defining digital growth opportunities. Yupik chose Le Site to help them increase their online eCommerce sales, as well as performing Magento maintenance projects.
The Execution
To offer the most effective strategy, adapted to the client’s needs, we did an audit of the entire online environment. This discovery phase included a website conversion analysis (use of heatmap, behavioral and data analysis, surveys) and an audit of the code (loading speed, CSS, JavaScript, security breach, Magento best practices).
With a full understanding of the client, we suggested a 3-month customer acquisition strategy plan. This plan included recommendations for paid campaigns following a marketing calendar, campaign templates, as well as quick wins to improve their website. Before starting any acquisition campaigns, we implemented the right structure and tools to lay the foundations for their success.
The End Result
Yupik’s acquisition strategy was build from the ground up. They started from doing zero campaigns to doing branded and on-going campaigns. We helped them define and target business prospects with the right profile for their brand when they are ripe for conversion. This profit-driven focus led to a highly engaged and monetized customer base. As a result, they saw a significant increase in eCommerce sales from two new channels (social media, Google). They now also have a clear understanding of their customer behavior on their website, which allowed them to implement quick-wins that led to higher conversions.
